- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Prices, product descriptions, and offers may change without prior notice.
- A product listing does not guarantee availability.
Errors & Corrections:
We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or prices are error-free. If a significant error is found, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Orders & Payments
When placing an order, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete billing/shipping details.
- Ensure that the payment method used is authorized and valid.
Order Confirmation:
- You will receive an email confirming your order.
- Orders cannot be modified once processed.
Cancellations by Us:
We reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Pricing or stock errors
- Product unavailability
Payments:
- We accept secure online payments through Razorpay (and possibly PayPal in the future).
- All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant gateways.
- We do not store your complete credit/debit card information.
5. Shipping Policy
- We currently ship only within India.
- Orders are usually dispatched within 7–10 business days.
- Delivery timelines vary based on location but typically range from 2–7 days after dispatch.
- Shipping is free across India unless stated otherwise at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
6. Return & Replacement Policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following cases:
- The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
- You received the wrong product.
Conditions for Replacement/Refund:
- Notify us within 3 days of delivery at sales@tribalbay.in.
- Provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All designs, images, product names, artwork, text, graphics, and the TribalBay logo are the intellectual property of TribalBay (Amit Joshi).
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without express written consent. Violations may result in legal action under applicable Indian laws.
8. User-Generated Content
If you submit any designs, feedback, testimonials, or other content to us (including via our “Drop a Vibe” form):
- You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content for marketing or operational purposes.
- You confirm that you own or have permission to share that content.
- We reserve the right to reject content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.
9. Privacy
